YOUR EMAIL SUBJECT LINE MUST PROVIDE OUR ADC FILE # (example below = #1),
                            in addition to ( 2 ) or more of the following:

  1)   Our ADC File # (i.e.      A - 00000 - BB)

  2)   Loss Location Address: 
                               House/Apt/Condo/Unit #,
                               Street Address, City, State
                               (and Condominium Name - if applicable)

  3)   Name of the Insured (a.k.a Policy Holder)

  4)   Date of Loss

  5)   Name of the Allen Dahle & Co., handling Adjuster or Engineer (if known)

  6)   Your Full Name and Contact Telephone #

  7)   Claim #

PRIOR to emailing any photos to this office :: Allen Dahle & Co., Inc.

        NOTE*       YOUR EMAILED PHOTOGRAPHS MUST BE:

  1)   RESIZED to 640x480 - 72px  or less --AND-- COMPRESSED.
        (sizes greater than 640 x 480 & not compressed will not be accepted)

  2)   Individual photographs in either JPG, JPEG, GIF, PDF or TIF formats only -
           Individual photographs with any of the following extension formats
             -- are permitted -- when submitting emailed photographs to ADC
            ( i.e. Photo1.jpg  Photo1.jpeg  Photo1.gif  Photo1.pdf  Photo1.tif ).
 
  3)   Zipped (compressed) files are PREFERRED for multiple photo files.
       Using DoSize, as noted above, is quick/easy and most preferred method.

       NOTE:   ALL "SlideShow" or "Flash" type presentations  * are not *  accepted.
