  1)   RESIZED to 480 x 360 or less --AND-- COMPRESSED.
        (sizes greater than 480 x 360 & not compressed will not be accepted)

  2)   Individual photographs in either JPG, JPEG, GIF, PDF or TIF formats only -
           Individual photographs with any of the following extension formats
             -- are permitted -- when submitting emailed photographs to ADC
